Garbage

Let me save you the trouble - this is garbage. The batteries run 10-15 minutes each, under normal vacuuming conditions. If you decide to try your luck anyway, good luck trying to return it. They will stall, prevaricate and give you the run-around to avoid taking it back.

Vaccuum is great battery's are not.

Best Vacuum Ever!

Stay away from this company

problem With Auto-Empty

I love the concept of this, i.e., auto emptying. However in using the auto-empty for the 1st time, it is not working properly. It emptied 1/2 of the dust cup and then stopped. When I took the vacuum out to look, there was dust on the cup lid and sticking out of the opening to the dust bag. I removed the dust excess and loosened the dust remaining in the cup and tried again. It emptied a little more of the dust and lit up saying to replace bag. I pulled out the bag, which was 1/4 - 1/3 full...

Great feature

I absolutely love how easy and convenient this vacuum is to use. Doing stairs is so easy that it gets done every day. Love the weight.

Won't pick up small debris

Have it for almost a year. Mop doesn't do good on vinyl flooring. Vacuum only works good only on turbo mode. Only picks up dirt and lint. It DOES NOT pick up anything else. Even small pieces of rice don't even pick up. Needs to be able to adjust to be able to pick up debris. If I could do it over. I would buy a Dyson instead.

Horrible DO NOT BUY

Don’t bother wasting your money on this vacuum.  If you have a cat with cat litter.  It will pick it up and then spit it back out making more of a mess. I do not recommend this product. Specially for the price.

Battery isn’t good

I’ve bought numerous cordless vacuums and the batteries never seem to last long enough straight out of the box. Good Vacuum terrible service
