[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it out 2 years ago and I am satisfied with this machine but vertain improvements could have made if best in its price range. Need to improve of the lower and upper rack design and spacing. The square dishes can slip through the rack and damage the sprayers

Lowes product doesn’t work

The product was extremely wet upon opening, packing was not consistent with unopened appearance. After installing the product display AE which on page 42 of the manual possible causes and Solution notes Water Leakage, instructed to tiurn offf water supply tobthe dishwasher and calll LG Electronics Customer Information Center 1800 243- 000 in USA . Purchased in late December. It took two weeks to arrive and when the installer arrived with the dishwasher, the door was severely dented to the point where it would not latch closed. He returned it to the store and after a week, I received an email from Lowe’s that my order had been cancelled so I called to see what was the issue. Best dishwasher

I bought all new LG appliances a couple months ago and love them all! The dishwasher is super quiet and cleans my dishes perfectly. No need to pre-rinse

Dishwasher is fine, but wifi is not compatible

We've had the diswasher only 2 days and have only run it once. We're learning how to place dishes and how much pre-rinsing is needed and which cycle is the one we prefer. I downloaded the app and tried to connect our appliance but the app says it is not compatible to our wifi so it is unusable. So far it is fine.

Not very quiet

It’s ok just loud. I wouldn’t recommend it if you are looking for a quiet machine.

Mid grade washer at best, louder than expected.

Product is louder than expected at times. Wash is quiet however, drain, and random times in the cycle it’s very loud. Opening and closing the door is load with a plastic ‘click’ latch which does not make this feel like a premium device.

This is hands-down the worst appliance I’ve ever owned. I bought it brand new, expecting quality, but it’s been a disaster from the start. Within the first few months, some of the wheels on the trays popped off causing an extremely frustrating situation of it bouncing off the track every time we need to pull them out to load or unload. Control panel issues

Washes dishes fine. Operates louder than expected. Product is only 2.5 yrs old & we've been having ongoing intermittent issues with the control panel (apx 50% of the time) - When trying to begin a wash cycle - control panel beeps, flashes in a variety of manners. Usually just closing the door for a few minutes, it will reset itself and then will allow you to proceed. Very frustrating! We are careful with spillage, etc getting on the control area.
