I like the size of the inside of the inside, the way it is designed ig hold more dishes then my old machine. It clean very well, even baked on things

Terrible rack design and already faulty

Bought this a little over a year ago and now I'm stuck with an "AE" error code on the washer that won't clear. This means there is a leak somewhere within the dishwasher. I haven't found a leak. There is no water on the floor or in the dishwasher. Now I have to either get a repairman out and probably pay close to what another new one would cost or just take it out myself and see if I can find where this is coming from. Warranty is a Pain

Dishwasher worked as it should until the plastic water inlet valve on the machine cracked and leaked. LG warranty service insisted on shipping the part to a 3rd party technician an unknown distance away, requiring me to schedule a day off from work to meet them for the 10 minute job. Expected wait time was 7 days for the part to ship to the service center. I instead bought the overpriced plastic part on LG's website, received it 2 days later, and had my dishwasher operating quickly.

LG Warranty is a pain.

Warranty isn't very good.

It worked good until the water inlet valve failed. Easy enough to remove and replace but LG customer service refused to send the replacement part directly to my address. Drying issue

Bought it two days ago. The dishwasher works properly but it doesn't dry well. You will see water all over the racks and some of the glasses ( even with a few glasses), also on the plastic containers and the 3rd rack does not dry at all. It's like you just washed them and they are soggy wet. I tried two different cycles and the problem is the same. Not drying well. It's a fact. I read the Manual and followed the steps. LG Dishwasher not reliable at all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher has been working for just under 2.5 years. Drying capability is on the poorer side. All additional options high temp, steam etc, all hasn’t made much difference to the dish cleanliness (ie. heavy stains) and thorough drying. We run the dishwasher at least once daily. 2.5 years is way short of the expected lifespan of a dishwasher. Great design for functionality

Good value. Beautifully clean look. Quiet. Adjustable middle rack. Well thought out rack spacings for dishes. Availability of two options to accommodate flatware… flat pullout tray for knives and basket for bulkier items. Thumbs up.

The machine takes over 3 hours on normal cycle

A lot noisier then our old whirlpool dishwasher.
