Horrible AC. Go Buy A Different Brand.

Horrible AC! I've gone through two of these units. The first unit lasted two years and the second died in one year right out of the warranty period. Just stopped cooling, pieces of junk! Never buying from this brand again!

2 Stars for 2 years

Had I written this review last summer, it would have been 5 stars. I purchased this Aug. 2023, and as of Aug 2025, it stopped cooling properly. If I put the fan speed higher than F1 the coils would freeze over. Now it's progressed to freezing up on the F1 setting. I live in Southern Louisiana, a cold AC is mandatory. It's not unusual for us to use the AC through December so I'm quite upset that a $600 unit lasted only 2 years. It's not in my budget to buy another one. I would not purchas...

So far a very good AC!

So far I have been impressed with the unit! It cools well and is fairly quiet! When the compressor kicks init is very quiet!

Unit arrived at store a day before expected. It is fairly heavy so definitely needs two people for install in window. This unit is much quieter than my smaller 6,000btu Frigidaire unit.

Cools room fast!

TERRIBLE QA. A TOTAL DUD.

After paying to have this installed I plugged it in.....clunk, clunk, smell of burning rubber, nothing. Total dud! Nothing. Be careful - poor QA. Also, very heavy and not so easy to install. Only to find it didn't work and I had to go through the major hassle of getting it out of the window. Now stuck in 90 degree weather without AC.

Nice AC unit

Super Cool Unit

Quiet yet powerful

Powerful and perfect for hot summers

VERY POWERFUL

And this has NO issues cooling almost the entire house. I love that it has a remote for easy turn off and on, it’s kinda heavy so takes a bit to put in but perfect otherwise. It’s quiet so no issues hearing the tv either!
