Becareful of Rubber Rim

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased in November 2023. Was away in July when I received a phone call from my son; the rubber rim around the base of the drum for the door closure was breaking off. Had to call repair man to fix within the first 7 months

Easy and Quiet

One major miss otherwise good washer

Just purchased. Very quiet washer compared to our old one. Washes fine no major complaints other than a major anti-consumer feature in that the preset values (water temp, spin duration, etc) can only be overridden for the current cycle and those changes will NOT be saved. So the next time you run a load you have to remember to manually change those settings. This is our 4th front loader in the last 20 years and the only one that doesn't remember setting changes between loads. No idea why. ...

Great wash performance!!

2 dryers were sent, no washer

I ordered this washer, a dryer, pedestal, and pedestal washer on 5/28, but got 2 dryers. Yep, someone thought it was a good idea to send two dryers to a Residential address (6/22). The driver sent it back, had them reorder my washer, but no one checked their inventory, and so everyone expected me to wait patiently for Another Month to get my washer (7/20). I called the store, I called the dotcom, I called the number on the email. I posted on fb and someone finally noticed. My washer should arriv...

Quick Wash

I like the quick wash setting. I dislike the ability to only wash one bedspread or quilt due to the inability of the machine to balance the load.

Washes clothes very nicely. Very large tub. So far a very very good buy. Needed to buy universal pedestal. Older one I already had would not fit. Buy it at same time.

9 Day Old Washer Leaking into Pedestal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 9 Days Old, Now leaking into Pedestal Drawer. Water running into drawer, not in the back. What fun. Brand new washer, leaking. I have a lemon. Are all the 3470's lemon's? No error codes. All hoses tight. Drain hose new and draining. Filter assembly checked, and tight.

bought both washer and dryer.. Both are wonderful EXCEPT, this is the first washer and dryer I've owned with out a light. I don't understand why the dryer, at least, doesn't have one.
