Don't buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine gives constant u5 errors when washing sheets. It wads them up in a ball, no matter how you place them in the washer. It's like the impellers are to small. It's not anything as good as my old lg.

Disappointed. Expected better than older one.

I bought this after my 12 year old LG top loader died. Since l was having unbalance load problems with the older washer I thought that a bigger capacity front loader would solve my problems. Nope. I have had my washer for a couple of weeks and the loads are even smaller than before. I never had unbalanced load issues with my previous washer until after I had it over a decade. Now in order to have a complete cycle without interruptions, I now have to do multiple small loads. Not what I expect for...

Repair is a issue

Just under a year and a sensor goes out. It has taken 2 visits to determine problem. Still waiting on part to arrive. Almost 1 month. Sad.

Still eating clothes each load.

This is our 3rd front load washer in the last 25 years. In all that time, one would think that the companies could figure out how to prevent the machine from putting little holes all throughout lighter fabrics.

Becareful of Rubber Rim

Easy and Quiet

One major miss otherwise good washer

Just purchased. Very quiet washer compared to our old one. Washes fine no major complaints other than a major anti-consumer feature in that the preset values (water temp, spin duration, etc) can only be overridden for the current cycle and those changes will NOT be saved. So the next time you run a load you have to remember to manually change those settings. This is our 4th front loader in the last 20 years and the only one that doesn't remember setting changes between loads. No idea why. ...

Worst customer service in Augusta Maine Lowes I have ever experienced. The managers could not direct me with my items issues. Or even talk with me about the item. Told me "she was new to her job" and the other manager would call me back, and they never have. I am unable to reach an appropriate person at the store with multiple attempts. Great wash performance!!
