No longer manufactured by 3M, barely last 2 months

No longer manufactured by 3M, barely last 2 months before losing significant water flow. This product is so poor, that we've decided to install a reverse osmosis system in place of this. Not worth the money or time replacing these.

LG REFRIGERATOR 6 month water filter

We bought our LG refrigerator at Lowe’s with an extended warranty. We get a rebate for a portion of the expense. We change the filter every 6 months and are pleased with the results.

What a water filter!!!!

Do you want this to filter water? It does it. Want it to fit a LG refrigerator? It does that too. Do you want it to last as long as it says it does? You're in luck. Designer colors? Nope. However, the filtered water it produces is amazing. Not even the fresh stream from a melting glacier can provide the thirst quenching relief this water filter does. A monk on a mountaintop in a far away land once spoke of the purest water that could be found on earth. I believe he was speaking of the water this...

Great Filter, Refreshing Filtered Water

Filter is easy to remove and install. Change every 6 months to keep that good filtered water and ice flowing.

Excellent product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought two filters in a special sale (BOGO). Quick replacement and excellent leak-free fit. I would offer one small recommendation; consider making the filter with an orientation arrow so that when turned to tighten, the date will show in the front. Will make it easier, and this should require minimal label revision. Overall great product.

Water Filter

We purchased the refrigerator from Lowes, 3 years ago and have replaced the filter 4 times. Each time we went to the store the replacement filter waqs there in the same place. No searching, no asking, just there.

Easy installation

The filter is simple to install and makes the water taste fresh and chlorine free. I use the water not only for drinking, but using it when making coffee makes my coffee tastier. The ice too is fresher. Highly recommend.
