The cook top glass is the works on quality

I just purchase my range and the top glass is all stained. It’s not from the outside but all the marks are on the inside… worst quality ever. It’s a brand new stove and this is how it looks within a month of use. I have been trying to contact customer care but not answer at all.

Never worked right

We bought this a little over a year ago. The oven light would randomly come on all the time. We filed a report to get it fixed. No one ever called back. Then at some point we noticed the back middle burner didn’t work. Filed again no call back. Now the front right burner doesn’t work and it never gets to the right heat in the oven. We had our electricity checked twice (cause we had them here installing fixtures around the house) and it is fine. It’s literally the worst oven on earth!! Buyer bewa...

Safety concern with the knobs

The technician came by to check the oven and mentioned something about the switch and the burner. However, my main concern is the placements of the oven in my kitchen. I don't feel safe with the knobs located on the side. I been having to continue to lock my oven to prevent any accidents or fire hazards again. The knobs are so sensitive to anyone walking by the front of the oven knobs if the oven is not lock. I do not recommend this oven if you have pets or kids. I tried to get another oven a...

Shorted out and broken from the factory.

One of the burners did not work properly. LG sent a technician out and while he was testing it, it began to smoke. The wiring harness was burnt through. Didn't work after they replaced parts and LG is telling me it works fine. I have a broken range and LG keeps giving me a run around

Well built oven and looked great installed. I returned it because the burners were too large and the readout for functions has too light of printing without a back light. Had to use a flashlight to read. There wasn't one displayed at the store so couldn't know this until I bought it.

When you turn on the stovetop, both circles heat so when you use small pans it heats up the handle. The heat is so intense that it is dangerous to stir or while using any utensil. The panel display is too dark and difficult to read, need a flashlight to choose what you need. I am returning it.
