Quiet - Doesn't clean well
Would Not RecommendIt is quiet, but I can live with a few more decibels if it cleaned dishes better. Used it twice so far, and both times it leaves some not-so-clean dishes, especially on the top rack, so I am pre-cleaning everything and running this basically as a dish sterilizer. It is 'smart' with wifi and requires the LG ThinQ app to change certain settings, and you can see power usage/run cycles, which is fun

Poir design!
The prongs that hold the dinner plates in place are too short. This allows the plates to fall into each other when the bottom rack is slid back after filling. I have one broken plate and three chipped or cracked because of this oversight. Just the slightest movement of the rack, and the plates topple. Disappointed that a name brand appliance like this would allow for this poor design. Other than this issue, the machine is quiet and gets the dishes clean.
