Check the height and position of shelves.
Main upper shelf is too high to be able to place a little larger cereal bowl in the rack because the bowls catch on the upper third rack. We removed that rack to accommodate our dishes, but that took away one of the benefits of this dishwasher. Also, the lower rack falls off the track if pulled out all the way that one would think to pull it to. Would RecommendSo far this dishwasher seems great. I was surprised to find it had connectivity to my smart phone which was a nice plus. The only reason I marked it down was due to Lowes delivery. They let you pick a delivery window when you buy it but their distribution center told me that means nothing and they will assign your delivery window the night before. Luckily, the drivers were excellent and called me to deliver in my original window as I added my frustration to the delivery notes.
