Faulty Machine. DO NOT BUY

Don’t get this product. It’s nice at first and pretty and the idea of having a washer and dryer combo is a cool idea. It is quiet, but not efficient in drying properly. Pet hair is an issue too. You can’t wash large loads of laundry and expect them to dry. You have to run a dry cycle 4-5 times sometimes to even get your clothes remotely dry. Of course it isn’t ventilated it’s all electronically heated so that poses an issue of drying properly. Ours also started leaking even with all the cleaning...

A great washer AND dryer!

We are *delighted* with this product! We have been using it for about 6 months and have had no problems. One caution: unlike single purpose machines it is important to FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS! Don’t overload and make sure to clean the filter on the top of the machine after every use. It can do sheets, towels and heavier items without a problem as long as you don’t overload. Big disappointment

I have been trying to get the washer/dryer fixed since February 4. American Home Shield has had service people here 10 times and they still haven’t fixed it. It leaks from underneath and the dryer won’t shut off. It keeps running until manually shut off. I would never recommend it to anyone.

You will regret buying this

I regret this purchase. This does not work well. It takes the whole day to dry a load and even after that the clothes are still damp and need to be air dry.

Misleading customers in the capabilities

The product fails and truly does not really function as a dryer. In fact to get your cloths dried one would have to wait days before your clothes became sufficiently dry enough to avoid catching ammonia. It was so bad we had to buy a stand alone dryer in order to insure we had dry clothes to ware.

Horrible experience

We purchased our first All in One last year for our Guests. We havent used it much. We decided to get one for our household. From the beginning we realized we had made a mistake. The clothes came out with a horrible stench and the worst part is that it takes SIX hours to do one load. Not even big load. We have asked for return and refund now and still havent heard back.

Worst piece of crap

This washer dry combo is a piece of crap. It's ruined my floor . It stops work everything 4rth or so load because it get stopped up. Then the only way to get it working is to remove the drain plug and water goes all over the floor. I would never wish this washer on my worst enemy.

Absolutely awful

This washer dryer combo is absolutely awful. The wash dry combo cycle takes approximately 3 to 5 hours depending on load size. Even with the load half full, nothing comes out dry. Every time I have had to add another dry only cycle for another hour or more. Do not waste your money on this product. You will absolutely regret it.

LG thin Q combo

This Washer And Dryer combo is the best. The only thing is that I’m not used to putting it together washer time and dryer time so it does equal to the same amount that the machine says.. the usual time to wash is about 30 to 40 minutes for a regular washer and the dryer is about 40 minutes. Not worth the price or trouble

Had this machine for about a year and not impressed. The gasket and internal drum have an awful smell that doesn't come out no matter the amount of cleaning you do. Not to mention that the drying cycle takes at least 2 runs to even come close to drying. Capacity is fine and noise level but would NOT purchase again or recommend. The ventless lint catcher is not foot quality and a pain to clean. If you are looking to buy I would look elsewhere.

Stylish and washes well but drying disappointing

The machine is a great concept. It is stylish and does a great job washing clothes. The ability to operate on 120 volts without venting is a huge bonus when application requires these options. The drying times are a big disappointment which would have swayed my purchase decision if LG disclosed the reality of a standard wash load requirements. I have found most loads take 3-4 hours to complete the wash and dry cycles. I would not recommend this product for families that wash several loads a week...

Terrible appliance

I want to make it clear before anybody gets roped into this machine..DO NOT BUY! Especially if youre a family with multiple kids and pets. You have to be on your knees every 3 washes manually draining the machine to clean the filter. My Wash/dry time has been as long as 7 hours. WORSE machine I've ever purchased!

Awful purchase

Do NOT buy this. We were excited to find a space saving option for our small laundry but this has been awful. It was fine for the first few months but it now takes all day to wash a small load of laundry and dry it. It took 5 hours to dry 4 bath towel yesterday. The lint is terrible no matter how many times you clean the filter. I even shopvac mine every week. I wish I could take this back.

Looks great, saves space and saves on work.

Mine is 2 1/5 years old. It looks great and has done a good job until recently. It often leaves the clothes extremely wet (and was set to dry). Load is small and very light soil. I have set it a second time to to dry and so far it does. I like the convenience of the combo. But am concerned on the not drying lately. I wish we'd gotten a book with it. I will search for one on line maybe a fix.

Dryer Nonfunctional. Waste of money

Waste of money just an overpriced washing machine. The dryer function doesn't work clothes will never get dry. Buy washer and dryer and separately and avoid these gimmicks that don't work

No hassle laundry

This large capacity washer/dryer combo is great! I put in a load at night, and by morning it's done. It doesn't take that long; it's just that convenient. No switching wet laundry to a dryer. The load sensor on this is great, too. Some loads take only 1.5 hours (or less) to complete, while others can take much longer. If I have multiple loads, I do the light stuff first. Then the app tells me when the load is done so I can put the next one in.

Not happy with it

replaced a separate washer & dryer, have a small home, I have to say if I had know about how this one works there is no way I would have bought it. I would go with a stackable set. The lint collection is horrible, I have to scrap my finger on the outer section to get the lint out of there, this is in addition to their lint collector. I worry it may be a fire hazard.
