Terrible
This is the worst washer I've ever had. The clothes do not get clean. Half the time the clothes don't even get saturated with water and everything smells of mildew. I've had the door sealed replaced hoping that would help but the smell is awful despite cleaning the washer after each load. Do not buy this.

Good while it lasted
I purchased this washer almost 8 years ago. I never really had a problem with it except it jumping during heavy duty loads. Recently, the washer started leaking and because it is out of warranty, LG offered a flat rate $$$ to fix whatever the issue is. HOWEVER, if the problem can't be repaired, I may still be charged for the service, which I think is totally unfair.

Reliable and so far long-lasting

2023-07-18 - Amazing washer! I bought this at a sears "Scratch and Dent" (now American Freight I think) in 2017. Been absolutely flawless. Washes great even on the 15 min speed cycle. Never a failure or even a sensor error. Great washer!

Original review would have been 5 stars. Loved it - it cleaned well, was quiet and efficient. A little more than four years in and it started ticking very loudly on spin. Called the service guy out and he said the bearings are going. I have anywhere from a month to 3 months left, and when they do go it costs more than a new unit to fix, so "run it till it dies, then buy a new one" was his recommendation. I purchased this washing machine from a re-seller. I knew the unit was used, but the pictures seemed to indicate it was almost like new. But the drain pump never did work, resulting in a 0E error code once the rinse cycle is about to start. The smart diagnosis app did not help much.
