Greatest features for a busy lady

I have never owned a washer and dryer that had so many user friendly features. It was so easy to become accustomed to the newest features and I have to say that my clothes come out looking like they are new. And the added comfort of a 10 year warranty is great. And in addition, they are totally beautiful.

Cleaning Powerhouse!

This machine is amazing, after all the mixed reviews of front loading machines I was a little hesitant to try one, but I am very happy I did. Well built machine, quiet operation, more cycles and features than I think I can use, and this thing cleans better than any machine I have ever used. If your ready to make the step to a new washer, this should be the top of your list!

Excellent option for quiet operation

Our washer and dryer room is directly across from our daughter's room, the washer can be run with the doors open, and our daughter, who is a light sleeper, is able to sleep undisturbed. Of course we also have the option to time delay the operation to end at a more convenient time to move the load to the dryer.

the machine was easy to install myself. It runs very quietly, it has a pleasant tone to let you know it is finished. It has many features, but the number isn't overkill. It has worked flawlessly, since installation. It uses much less water and detergent, but does a very good job. Overall very pleased

This product is easy to use

Overall I'm very happy with the washer. It is very easy to use and I like the steam feature. We purchased the pedestal which puts the machines at a perfect height. I did have an air hammer problem that I saw in other reviews. I installed 2 water hammer dampeners that I purchased from home depot which solved the problem. I like the magnet on the door which allows the unit to air out. The machine is also pretty quiet.

Love this machine

I am so glad I ignored negative reviews! I replaced another front loading washer (not LG) and this is so superior in every way. I have used every one of the features and got perfect results each time. There are so many positive things to list beginning with the mechanical engineering to the way it cleans . I absolutely love it!

big step up from the old machine

when the water pump froze on the old machine, I had to manually siphon the water into buckets and was shocked to see 40+ gallons per load, and fairly small loads at that. The LG front loader will pay for itself in under 2 years. Plenty of features, and quiet smooth spinning. Only wish the manual had a detailed description of the cycles like the old days (like what's the difference between allergy and sanitize other than the words allergy and sanitize). If it lasts, it would be a 5-star machine b...

This product has great features. I purchased both a washer and dryer on 5/25/2015 and not on 5/24/2015. On June 6, 2015, I spoke to your representative Joe, and registered both the washer and dryer. Makes doing laundry less tedious

Does better at cleaning than other washers I've owned in the past and much gentler on the fabric. Saves drying time when using the highest spin setting, clothes just feel damp rather than wet.

Excellent Machine!

I'm very pleased with our new LG washer. I especially like the fact that it is able to get our clothes cleaner than ANY OTHER MACHINE we have owned thus far--probably five or six! The machine is extremely quiet and is able to accomodate large, bulky items, such as comforters. I also like that I can see how much time is left as shown on its digital clock. The knob for selecting the proper cycle for the type of clothing is extremely helpful, too!

This is a big step up from the older models, in terms of technology along with new features. Nice job on putting this together

Best washer that I've ever owned!

I grew up as #3 in a family of 11 and I'm now 62, so I'm experienced in washers. My LG washer has turned out to be an over-achiever in functionality and looks. I'm not really electronic savvy but the control panel on my LG has made it simple for me to select from the many options that are available to meet any of my washing needs. Good washer but don't get white color.

I like lg washers and this is no exception; this is my second set. The washer has nice features and the cycles are shorter than older models. My complaint is that the washer and dryer are different shades of white and when they are next to each other, it looks like they don't match. I contacted support and they had me order a new washer. Could not be more pleased with this washer

We love this washer! We researched washers a long time and found this make and model to be superior to any other. We like all the different cycles and have used many of them. The quality of the wash is superior. It gets the towels so dry it takes less time to dry them in the dryer. Most of the complaints are baseless. This washer works great. Uses less water and cleans clothes very well. Spin cycle almost dries clothes.

good investment towards this washer

was looking for a front loader for a while it just happens that our old washer had its last days and was researching on line for different types and makes but my final decision was this one with great features like steam wash for allergy sufferers i was inspired by the lg you tube videos

Great Machine

These machines are great. I had them for about 3 months now. They perform perfectly. I rated the features down only because the manual do not adequately describe how to use those features.
