pretty nice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] its sooooo quiet I mean its so quiet first couple of loads I literally did not believe it was working correctly - efficient, its hard to believe it can use that less water and still clean the cloths.

Multiple cycle options

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it in May202. Started giving OE error after a few weeks. Had to call LG and They had to come out. Water pump was defective and needed replacement. very happy know. Specially with quick wash cycle. A little noisier than previous washer, but not a deal breaker.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the washer. Would like it better if had option of a drawer uner to raise it up a few inches. Seems low for me as I am 76 and it is a little difficult for me to get all the small items out.

Don't Do It

This was a total waste of money and I regret purchasing it with every fiber of my being. I'm currently in the fourth hour of trying to get the first load dry. This machine is just complete and utter junk.

Washed clothes = DIRTY CLOTHES

I concur with a fellow reviewer - I've had this washer machine for almost a year and I'm very unhappy. My experience has been a bit different - 1) It does NOT DO an adequate job cleaning the laundry; 2) it DOES NOT DO a good for removing odors and stains. 3) Because the drum is small this model is not good for cleaning bath and bed linen. 4) This washer machine is loud, 5) The stackable dryer door opens opposite to the washer door with no option to relocate the door to the other side of the ope...

Replacing a large top loader

This is smaller--it fits neatly under the countertop and doesn't protrude into the room--but although it is slower than the top loader it is much quieter, it lets me know when it's done, it lets me customize the settings (which I love) and so far hasn't given me any trouble. Smart Washer

makes so much noise on spin

on high spin cycle the machine shakes and rattles a lot. The drain pump is made of plastic and most of the noise on the last spin comes from there, as per video attached. On the video, the spin level is on "high" but there is a level up that I don't even want to try. I added a felt piece to isolate the pipe line from the plastic ceiling and a sheet of bubble wrap that kind of help isolate the sound, but it helps only a little. Great machine for an apartment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have owned this machine over a year and absolutely love it. We got the condensing dryer as well. It does an amazing job and is quiet. We live in a small apartment and I built a closet area to stack the 2 machines.

You will spend more time washing the washer

There is a reason why top loading washers were invented and this machine is it. If you want mold washed into your laundry, buy this one. The soap drawer has to be removed and cleaned frequently; when you remove the drawer, look into the space it came out of and you will see mold in all the little tracks and crannies in there too; water, lint and pet hair get trapped between the rubber gasket and the machine rim so water trickles out during the cycles and the machine smells unless it is left op...

We love the smaller size for the two of us and they can be hard to find in stores. Both the washer and dryer have out preformed what we expected. They handle any items we have washed it them with excellent results.

Perfect size and works beautifully..
