Works as well as the larger washers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had another brand front load 24"machine that gave me nothing but trouble. Since acquiring my LG several months ago I have not had one problem and for a small machine it can handle almost any load. It's perfect for my small condo.

Awesome washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second LG washer (the previous was in a home that we sold). Extremely happy with the washer. It uses a minimum amount of water yet gets clothes exceptionally clean. Very gentle on my clothes as well.

If your considering this unit I definitely recommend for you to purchase!

Was great until it wasn't

We really loved this washer and it's matching dryer. We had only a very small closet to fit our stacking combo in, so we didn't have many options. This was all that would fit so we bought them and hoped for the best. They seemed great, especially the washer (the dryer left a bit more to be desired, but was still fine). Excellent Compact Washer

Operation is quiet, and the spin cycle (even at the highest) is well-balanced and quiet. Clothes come out nearly dry. Very Loud.

Good overall, but won't do a hot wash

I needed a very compact machine and in the USA there aren't a lot of good choices and this one seemed to be the best of what's available. It wrings the clothes so dry that they can hang for just a few hours to finish up drying. It uses VERY LITTLE water and is super energy efficient. Beautiful Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this washing machine for about four months and we love it. It's quiet and does a an excellent job cleaning our clothes. It has a number of wash cycle choices for different jobs, but allows you to make changes within those cycles. For instance, I like to wash almost everything with tap water temperature.

Not without major flaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washes well, doesn't always dissolve laundry pod, wrings clothes nearly dry, but...SHAKES UNCONTROLABLY IN SPIN. Can't have anything on top while running..have anti-vibration pads AND hired a contractor to build extra support walls under the floor it rests on which has stopped the entire house shaking but the machine still rocks. Very very disappointed.

Disappointed -Excessive vibration

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a week ago and I was very excited, unfortunately it has an excessive vibration on a spin cycle, the whole house is shaking, we leveled this washer and put it on anti-vibration pads, this did not help. I think about returning this product.

perfect machine for tight places

Perfect washer - makes laundry fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this washer for our small NYC apartment. We love this washer. It's pricy, but worth it. It actually makes me enjoy doing my laundry (what?!) due to the different settings and happy melody that plays when the cycle is done. While I have not used the feature, there is the ability to diagnose problems by having your phone "listen" to the washer. Hopefully this machine holds up and we can get many years of use out of it.

Excellent Product
