overall satisfaction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this washer for my elderly parent. Older house, narrow stairways. Washer is easy to use and does a very good job washing smaller loads. Very little vibration do in part to being on a concrete floor. Parent is very satisfied which in part makes me even more satisfied. Much improvement over older front loader. This washer does exactly what it was designed to do.

It fits!

Compact but Great

Nothing but problems

I’ve had this machine two years and am having one problem after another. I will never buy an LG product again!!!

So Far So Good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, I love my new washer. It’s compact, yet has a pretty good sized drum. It’s pretty quiet, and I love that it balances its self very well. It’s has several washing modes, and my clothes come out cleaner with the LG than my last unit.

Great features

Not happy

I purchased this product a few weeks ago (with the matching dryer). The washer actually deposits dog hair onto my clothes! (no joke, I have a pitbull, who doesn't shed much, but all the hair is on my clothing upon removal from the washer!). The spin cycle leaves the clothes too wet (and I can't change it). The dryer then takes too long to dry (55 minutes for workout clothes! Synthetic materials!) I'm not sure what makes this "energy efficient" but will be happy when Lowe's comes to pick it ...

Quiet Operating Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine replaced an older front load that had worn out. We had to schedule wash loads around other activities because of the noise. With this machine you can have a conversation beside the machine while it it spinning, The machine has lots of features and the clothes are reasonably dry when removed from the machine. Very satisfied.

Love this washer!

I’m so glad I did. Love this washer. It cleans clothes perfectly, is quiet, and very little vibration. Highly recommended.

Good choice.

Smaller load capacity than previous one but still will fit most laundry except probably a couple of items. Overall quiet. Good features to choose from to run the load. But several things that are supposed to be cleaned intermittently that will add time to maintain it.

Cleans!

I've had my washer for quite sometime now and enjoy most of the different cycles to choose from. I would like the high spin cycle to spin dry more and to have a spin cycle only. The rubber gasket needs much attention because of the high humidity here so once my wash cycle is complete, I dry out the tub and gasket and occasionally use a chlorine solution to clean out the gaskets of black gunk.

Horrible Smell left on clothes

Unfortunately, I think we bought when front-loaders were somewhat new to the industry, because it leaves our clothes with a bad-smell...Like a moldy, damp odor. We have to leave the door open when not in use, so the interior can dry out. I have tried many solutions to remove the build-up on the outside of the interior tunnel, but nothing seems to work. Front loader

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second one in 3 years and not very happy. Have to wipe rim and rubber basket after every wash to prevent mold. Have to stand and wait for spin cycle to prevent damaging drum which is what happened before.
