Nice smaller profile

We like having the smaller profile; after all who is ever going to roast a turkey in their huge microwave? We mostly use to reheat leftovers and coffee as we keep misplacing our cups. Downside: Panel was hard to read so we had to move it to a place that has better backlighting. The safety feature side button took a few days to get used to as did utilizing the reheat sensor. Great looks / features could use some minor tweaks

We've had the unit approximately for 2 months. The look of the unit is easy on the eyes, and we have not experienced a single problem or complaint on its operation. Three minor suggestions, if anybody is listening. 1) The buttons need a more positive tactile feel to them. 2) The door needs a hand hold with a function to control the latch to avoid the banging of the door every time it is closed. 3) The audio annunciation (push button, mode, cycle complete, etc.) needs to be louder, maybe some for...

Very impressed with how it works

Good functional value, but has noisy featurs

Cost for the functional value was good, I do like the fact that its inverter technology allows for actual heating intensity levels, rather than on/off timed thermostatic control, as in older technology. A few minor annoyances however. For one thing, it is the most sensitive device in the hose to power outages. Excellent microwave

This is the first LG product I have owned and so far it is a very good microwave. I like that it has a turntable and is easy to operate. The sale price helped with the decision as there are many similar ovens from other manufacturers.
