The purchased item was too short. I returned to the store 3 hours later and the manager told me I could not return the item since it was on clearance. There was nothing posted about this policy where I purchased the item or at the checkout, but I was directed to the return policy online. The manager offered to donate the items as he said he could not restock them. I don't mind a policy if I am made aware of it. Poor Spring Mechanics!!
Would Not RecommendI like the color of the product. However the product mechanics is very poor quality. The spring to roll the shade up is not strong enough to roll the shade completely up but rather half way. I thought I had a defective product so I returned and got a replacement but that one had the same issue. Also two shades were trimmed to an inside mount yet when mounted the brackets were up to an inch different on each end.
