Easy and secure

Used this for two years. Works in all weather, even with gloves. Kids and Mom feel secure. Changed the batteries and didn't lose the codes.

in my option the smart lock has been a blessing in our family,the lock has made our daily life very easy. no more issues with have to be locked out. i recommend this lock to everyone i know.

LOVE IT!!!!!

I purchased 2 locks one for front and one for back door 6 months ago. I did not need new keys for the whole family since you could use your existing for back up. So easy to go in and out one button lock. Easy to enter more then one code. Have recommended to several friends and they have loved theirs too.

Use good Battary

Great convenience. Walk the kids to school and back without having to worry about keys. Found out if you use cheap batteries, it will quit working after a short time and other weird stuff.

Great product and warranty service

Bought three of these over 5 years ago . Had one quit working after a year and Kwikset replaced it. Another had the battery holder break and they replaced it. The third one faces the sun and has discolored over time but is still working.

Keyless is King!

I live in Wisconsin, USA where cold winters are expected. The Kwikset keyless entry is awesome. No more fumbling for keys or taking off your gloves to dig into your pockets for the keys. I use rechargeable batteries and the Kwikset deadbolt doesn't drain them very quickly either. I'm not even sure if I change them once per year and it lets you know when it is time to swap them out before the batteries actually expire on you. I notice others stated a con is that the lights on the keypad don't act...

Where is my key ?

I have had this unit for eleven months and it has worked flawlessly. Had a problem during installation and customer service was excellent. The problem was that I did not follow the instructions; tried to get ahead. Really like the lighted feature for nighttime. This is being used on my garage entrance door which is uncovered and has not encountered any water problem.

Easy installation

After being accidentally locked out in the garage by my touchy 15 moth old we needed a solution that would allow us to regain entry to the house in case of future occurrence. The 909 deadbolt electronic lock was a perfect solution for our garage door. Right out of the box it was relatively simple to install, even though I overlooked a step in the process and had to backtrack to figure it out. Programming the lock and setting up various code was a breeze.

Same home key, great features.

After working all day and driving home, I just want to get inside my home and unwind. As I dig for my key, I realize that I can just use my master code and enter. So much easier indeed. Once inside, I notice the cleaning service came today and used the 'Alt' door code I provided for them so they may have in/out access to perform their job. I own two of these units, one for house and other on garage. House unit is used half as much as garage unit, and both units have held up well in over three years of use. Garage batteries will last about 6months(4 AA's) and house bout a year. We also oil/lubricate deadbolt pin bout twice a year, to reduce wear from moisture/rust. this is a great lockset

we bought this for our home several months ago. It has been working flawlessly. I love the smart key feature so you don't have to have a bunch of different keys. The auto lock feature is also really handy. We love this lock!

Convenient

It's nice to be able to give someone trusted access to your house without a key transfer. And to not really worry about getting g locked out. That said, the jury is still out on how long it lasts. One came with my house, but it died before I had lived in the house for a year. Since I didn't purchase it, there wasn't a warranty for it. I did purchase another and so far it's worked fine.

The first time I used one was In a condo in Fl. Got home went to Lowes to buy one and it's been on my door for almost two years never had a problem .Added an alarm system and they connected it to they system so now I can lock it while I'm away from home

I've had my electric deadbolts for 2 years and I love them. No fumbling with keys, especially when you have an arm full of items. And the night light is so wonderful! I have one on my front and back doors.

Easy Security

I have had this lock about a year now. Still on the original batteries. It is great not having to have a key when I go for an early morning run. Also great for my kids (who live away from home) when they show up unexpectedly. No worry about them forgetting their keys (just the code and they can call us for that). Great Deadbolt

I installed this over a year ago. It was very easy to install and we have not had any problems with it. It is very easy to use, so guests can open the door without us having to give them a key.
