Great employee helped with difficult Kwikset issue
Thanks to Andy, Lowe's employee, he knew this was sold separately from the Kwikset handles kit I bought. Andy was a lifesaver because the door latch in the kit only comes with a round holder and a rectangular holder for the edge of the door. The rectangular holder is soldered on so that the old fashioned round holder cannot be exchanged with the rectangular holder. Lowe's should inquire of Kwikset why the rectangular piece cannot be removed by mortal means.
