What Customers Are Saying
The tool is generally well-received for producing clean, consistent cuts on a variety of materials. It was described as easy to set up and use, with a simple adjustment mechanism. However, some reviewers noted compatibility issues with certain saw models and concerns about the build quality of the plastic components. A few users also experienced issues with the accuracy of the measurements or the stability of the saw when clamped to the guide. Overall, the tool seems to be a useful addition for many woodworkers and DIYers, especially for ripping large sheets of material.

Would Not RecommendI tried to use to cut some baseboards out of MDF. Locked my saw in tight (only the front) you can not lock the back in, and went slowly and carefully keeping the guide on the edge. I ended up with a minor snaking line that was not straight. The plastic is flimsy it has give. Glad it was only $40 I wasted. Trying the new Straight Edge Guide system to see if that will work.
Saves on plywood.
Would RecommendVery precise. Does what it claims to. With plywood costin as much as it does, this is a necessity. Sets up fairly easy. Would like the measurement marks to be darker.

Bad design with bad quality causes safety issues
Would Not RecommendCheap plastic clamp broke after two uses. Difficult to clamp your material and use this tool. Device that attaches saw to the tool is just a terrible design with delicate screws and inadequate security. If somebody gets hurt with this I can imagine a lawsuit that’s how bad this is. You are better off using a straight edge as a guide/rip fence. Do not buy
It does the job,but.
Would Not RecommendThis product does have some problems. The philips screws that hold the device to the saw are very delicate. Obviously, you need to tighten down these screws because they hold the divice to the saw and the first time I used the device I stripped the philipshead. You need to buy some screws with bigger heads. Alsothere is no way to line up where the blade on your saw is with the curser. There should be a mark on device that you line uo your saw blade. There is a stop you set on the device we...
As advertised
Would RecommendWorks just as advertised. It is a little bit difficult to get it setup with a larger circular saw, but not too bad since that's a 1-time deal.

does not attach securely to saw and is made of plastic
Cutting assitance
Would RecommendDoes a reasonably good job assisting in making a straight cut. Only shortcoming is the plastic locking mechanism on the measuring slider. I t tend to come off and move out of place when adjusting. I broke it slightly trying to get it to lock down. Figured out you have to push it in and down to get back in place before attempting to lock. But overall satisfied with the performance.
Plastic Lock Breaks Easily
Would Not RecommendThere is a plastic lock to lock in the saw to the rail. Its stiff to use and it broke on my first lock. I just knew it was going to break, i tried to wiggle it around see if it needed a better seat but nope...broke on first latch. Why design the one part that will have the most clamping pressure to be pure plastic is super dumb.
perfect for plywood ripping
Would Recommendvery easy to use and much better than a table saw when you should rip a plywood sheet! Perfect with my Dewalt DCS573

Great for ripping 4x8 sheets
Would RecommendLoved it! Used for cutting 8 feet by 12 inch wide boards from 3/4 inch mdf sheets. 3/4"x4'x8' mdf was too bulky to use with my table saw. Had a little difficulty getting an accurate measurement with the first cut, but ended up measuring from the blade instead of using the given measuring guide. Once it was set, all boards came out perfectly.

Good got many but not all applications
Would RecommendWorks well, but you will need at least one straight edge to start with.

Works Great- Speeds up Ripping
Would RecommendRip-Cut makes ripping 4'x8' much easier. I'd been using a shooting board but have to move/reset it for multiple cuts. With Kreg's Rip-Cut I just make the next rip. A time saver and rips are probably more consistent.
