Fits nicely on the top shelf of the Craftsman toolbox I picked up... and held all the sockets and adapters I needed it to. You would laugh if you saw how things were before...

Solid tray but needs improvements

This a solid tray. You can safely carry around a full tray of sockets vertically without fear of your sockets falling off. However, whoever designed this should have taken into more though about making sure every socket tab can be filled or, make the plastic socket tabs easy to remove. I had to cut two 1/2” tabs out so I could fit my 1-1/4 socket on my tray

Kobalt drive socket storage

Great little piece to hold, 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2 inch sockets when the original plastic case breaks. Sockets can be hung or put in a toolbox drawer. Kobalt filled the niche of trying to find and order replacement boxes from the manufacturer.

Keeps things well organized

This did a great job of keeping my sockets organized. I had used a different version of their organizers before and I liked those too. This is nice because you can adjust and make it your own. Of course I would love some kind of labeling solution here as well. I ended up printing some labels so that everything is identifiable and obvious when something is missing, but it would be nice if there was something to help with that. Sockets All in order.

The base plate could be a little bit thicker adorable metal with all the sockets half inch quarter 3/8 it tends to flex when you carry your bend but other than that they are very heavy duty and very well constructed .

Great organizer

I had sockets everywhere in drawer spend 5-10 minutes trying to find the correct one ! Had so much lost space in my main tool kit when plastic hinges tool boxes would break in half id take each 1/2 put them in box lost tons space doing this,,,

No more rolling sockets

The ONLY thing I would say is sell extra clips. I ended up buying 3 so I could put my 3/8 and 1/2" SAE deep and shallow on one, 3/8 and 1/2" metric deep and shallow on the other. In turn i have one with 1/4 and a few 3/8 clips for random oddballs.

Misleading description!

I like these trays for organization however the description is very misleading. the pictures show 20pc 1/4in, 30pc 3/8in, and 30pc 1/2in clips. It even says that is what is included in one of the pictures. This is what I wanted to match my red trays. However, once I got home and looked closely, that is not what is included. After looking closer at the item details it says there are 30pc 1/4in, 40pc 3/8in and only 16pc 1/2in clips. This just doesn't work for a lot of 1/2in impact sockets. T...

Good Product

This is a good product, but I gave it 4 stars because the black socket holders eventually break, but Lowe’s doesn’t sell replacement socket holders. This is a problem because you have to repurchase the whole thing to replace one piece. So advice to Lowe’s, sell replacement pieces for this product in stores.
