Would Not RecommendBought one of these, used it a few times and it would no longer retract. Took it back and Lowes wanted 3 proofs of purchase, copy of my birth certificate and a note from my 3rd grade homeroom teacher. Left it laying on the counter with no refund. Decided to get a second one and same thing happened. Trying to find my 3rd grade homeroom teachers e-mail to take it back. Not to Lowes: if it says "KOLBALT" on it then it probably came from Lowes.
