What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this tool for simplifying faucet installation and removal in tight under-sink spaces, with many reporting it saves significant time and physical strain. Reviewers highlight its versatility with removable adapters and long body for improved reach and visibility. However, some express concerns about plastic construction, noting teeth can snap under pressure on rusted or stuck nuts. Despite these durability concerns and occasional incompatibility with certain faucet types, most customers consider it indispensable for DIY plumbing tasks and highly recommend it.

Useful for the right projects
Would RecommendThis turned out to be too small for the largest threaded pipe I was trying to work with, but that’s not the tool’s fault. Otherwise it’s a sturdy easy to use tool.
Nothing
It was the product but you guys gave me used open product for the full price of a new one
faucet water pipe collar nut removal
Would RecommendHandy faucet tool to remove faucet water collar but can strip the collar tab and stop working just be careful
Choose a more Ridgid one
Would Not RecommendAn inferior product. The tool flexes, making it useless against stubborn fasteners.
Great Faucet tool
Would RecommendGreat tool that's lets you get your hand into a tight space where you otherwise couldn't. I never could have changed out my faucet without it.
Not for stuck nuts
Would Not RecommendDoes not work on stuck nut only good for new installs
Faucet Change-out Tool

It is a must if you are changing out faucets.
Would RecommendIt is very good and easy to use.
Not so handy
Would Not RecommendI wanted to use this to secure the bolt holding my Moan waterfall kitchen faucet. the tool's design kept the bolt from being engaged - So i could not tighten the bolt
Great tool
Would RecommendTook a min to figure out the different aspects of it
Awesome
Would RecommendMy kitchen sink faucet came loose. It’s a chore to get underneath and behind the garbage disposal under the best of circumstances. This thing did the trick in less than five minutes and cost about twenty bucks. Way less expensive than having a plumber out. Just get it, you’ll be glad you did.
