Would RecommendPros: Sturdy, lightweight and reasonably priced. Con: The tool tray on the top of the ladder and so are the holes for tools. there's no hole for a hammer. The only tools I can fit are a screwdriver and pliers. No idea what the smallest holes are for.

Best height to weight ratio available
Would RecommendI measure windows and install blinds every day. This is by far the best ladder you can get for that purpose. It's half and sometimes a third of the weight of other ladders of the same reach height. The tray on top is plenty for holding bits, screws, etc while you're working. I use this 90% of the time since most houses max out at 10 feet or less and I can reach close to if not 10 feet. I'm 5'7"
