Would RecommendI like that it is lightweight because I can't carry heavy objects. Since I am not a heavy person this ladder is strong enough to support my weight despite being lightweigted. I like that it is 3 steps and high so that I can reach the ceiling which is my sole reason for purchasing a ladder.

The first step having so little depth compared to the second step has nearly made me fall a couple of times. You really have to be aware when coming back down.

When I order this ladder, I expected to receive a quality product. Instead, I received a ladder that looks as if it has been used on a truck stop fuel station. The rubber feet had greasy/dirt built up in the grooves. Grease and dirty rub marks on the ladder frame. The molded plastic components are scratched and appear to have been in the sun for some time. I will be returning this ladder.

Would RecommendThese ladders are the best. Have the two step and three step now and use them around the house so much! They are so much lighter than the steel step ladders since these are aluminum. My only complaint is the curbside pick up at Lowes never works for me since there is no phone number on sign at parking spots and always end up having to go in.
