Amazing tape
This tape rolls out and back very smooth, the plastic stake actually stands up well, even in decently hard ground. I would have definitely rather had a metal stake, but overall EXCELLENT product.

Would RecommendThis is a Realtor's best friend. It is so easy to measure the exterior of a structure with the tooth at the end of the tape or the ground spike that secures the tape as you measure. It makes measuring anything a one man / woman job. LOVE IT! I HAVE 2!
