What Customers Are Saying
The sleeping pad provides excellent comfort and support, with a plush, cloud-like feel that offers great cushioning and insulation, even in cold conditions. While it may be bulky for backpacking, the pad is highly portable and packs down to a compact size. The valve system for inflating and deflating can be tricky to use initially, but is generally effective.

I predominantly tent camp now days, and I’m a side sleeper. This mattress is perfect for both, and the optional battery powered pump inflates it in about three minutes or so, I use it to partially deflate it before packing it back up, and open the valve to the middle setting and push out the air as I roll the mattress up. Even just by myself, I don’t feel my elbows or hips hitting the ground during the night.

Sleeping Well
I have used this pad two times spring car camping in the Utah desert so far. I have had the best camping sleep of my life ever on it! It packs down pretty small to stow in the car, and I love the innovative case it packs into. I bought the Double size, which is about the size of a double bed. My boyfriend and I both sleep on it and it isn't too crowded. The only reason I gave it an 8 instead of 10 is because my boyfriend had back/shoulder pain after sleeping (but he usually does when we car camp...

Best sleep I’ve had in years
I used this sleeping pad on a recent camping trip with nighttime temperatures in the upper 30s. I don’t think I moved at all during the night. Woke up refreshed, warm, and ready to take on the day.

Review of the XL
I'm 6'5" and 250 lbs. I realize the R factor is not the best for this pad but there are minor mitigating steps you can take to make this a solid very early spring to very late fall pad. To take it into Wisconsin winter conditions , I bought a second pad, a 1/2 inch thick foam Sovatta military pad, and the two together allow me to sleep on a tent floor in very cold conditions. For comfort I don't even inflate it half way. It is really the best in comfort. I'm happy with it and I'm not looking to ...

Most comfortable air mat I’ve had. Didn’t have any shoulder pain from side sleeping.

Too slippery
Not for use, in my opinion, in rooftop tents with ladders. Too slippery when trying to mount the ladder from the tent.

Like sleeping at home
This is hands-down the best sleeping pad that I’ve ever used in my 14 years of active duty military service. Every field rotation has been a nightmare up until this year when I found this sleeping pad. It’s not for the backpacking minimalist, however if you don’t mind a little extra bulk for a lot of comfort this is the sleeping pad for you. It fits perfectly into my camprite XL tent cot. For reference, I weigh 230 pounds at 6 feet tall.

Very Comfortable
The thickness and foam topper makes this pad a great option for longer term camps. Not small that I’d consider it for backpacking, however depending on the distance I had to travel…….I’d still consider taking it.

The foam pad is awesome!
I gave 4 stars because I’ve only used this pad once so far, and I just got it. Drove to Jackson Hole and slept in the car the first night in -15 degree weather in a double person sleeping bag (also by Klymit). This was in the back of my Ford Escape (pad was a little big for the space but we made it work). The pad was super comfortable, and my boyfriend and we’re warm.

Love this mattress and is
Love this mattress and is comfortable with side sleeping. The other big upside is how small it packs down. Curious to see if the soft material on the top will stain and if it cleans easily. The top is basically like a sheet material.

Klymaloft sleeping pad
I camp in Texas. I am exposed to all different types of terrain here. A lot of rocks and edges. I am a big guy, 6'5" 300+. This mat is great. I have been using the Klymit V lux which is a great lighter weight alternative but the Klymaloft was like a mattress. :)

Amazing quality from klymit as
Amazing quality from klymit as always. The foam topper makes for a soft and quiet sleep compared to other air cell pads. Perfect for car or walk in camping, feels sturdy under you too, not much shifting as you adjust!

Comfortable and warm
I love this combination of air and foam cushion. My back is sensitive when sleeping in a tent, and I usually wake up very early with my back hurting so bad I can’t sleep or even stay laying down. This pad lets me sleep longer. In the past I’ve found inflatable pads to be too cold, and foam pads to be quite heavy and bulky. The combination of both in one pad really does give you the best of both worlds. I probably wouldn’t take this backpacking, as I’m more of an ultra light backpacker. Although...

Worked great for my recent Elk hunting trip. The only issue I had was it seem to deflate a bit when the temperatures dropped below freezing.
