What Customers Are Saying
The sleeping pad provides excellent comfort and support, with a plush, cloud-like feel that offers great cushioning and insulation, even in cold conditions. While it may be bulky for backpacking, the pad is highly portable and packs down to a compact size. The valve system for inflating and deflating can be tricky to use initially, but is generally effective.

I’m a side sleeper and when using any other camp mats I wake up feeling like I have been run over. I have slept on this mat many times since I received it and I will say it’s amazing! I am able to sleep and don’t wake up miserable, stiff and sore.

The extra cushion really makes
The extra cushion really makes the difference from regular sleeping pads. Would definitely recommend

Excellent cushion for side sleepers
While it takes a bit to inflate (it took more than 20 breaths, and the valve cap takes some getting used to to close consistently, which brought it down a star, but if it's not a huge issue for you, bring it up to 5!), it's well worth it for a good nights rest and for some real nice insulation from cold grounds. You can tell from the pic (i'm ironically posing because why the heck not, have some fun with it! :)) that while fully inflated there's a lot of cushion. My elbow didn't even touch the g...

Great Car Camping Pad
Finally able to get out and use the pad. My wife and I have had pads but put two together for our double sleeping, at times it was uncomfortable with the gap. This pad is very comfortable and better sleeping was a bonus . Great product would highly recommend it.

Super Comfy!
I've had this sleeping bag for just about a month and a half and I absolutely love it. It's definitely one of the most comfortable sleeping pads I've ever laid on. I would even go out to say that this is more comfortable than my bed at home lol. Only downside I've noticed is the weight and the amount of time it takes to inflate the pad, but honestly thats expected on a sleeping pad this size. Would recommend for a comfy car camping pad or traveling pad

Unbelievable Comfort
I am pretty much obsessed with the level of comfort that comes with this pad. The extra large size provides more than enough space for my 6' frame and broad shoulders to feel secure considering I toss and turn when I sleep. The upper 2/3 of the pad is foam-lined that adds extra cushioning and takes away that "cold to the touch" feeling you get when you first get into bed. An extra bonus is that I don't touch the ground through the pad. Honestly, I am more comfortable on this pad than I am on my ...

Car Camping Pad
Hands down the best car camping pad on the market. As an avid backpacker and off-road/overland adventure traveler, a good night's rest is important. I've tried lots of sleeping pads and even had some deflate in the middle of the night. Klymit products are solid.

One of the most comfortable
One of the most comfortable mats Ive ever used. Not sure about durability but so far its held up well.

Worth the effort to fill
Super comfortable sleeping pad, but VERY taxing to fill the thing. I'd recommend Klymit's USB pump to fill it. A handy valve that flips from one way for filling to open to empty it. However, I struggled to get the cover closed on it. Small issues to deal with for a very comfortable car camping mat.

Awesome nights sleep.
As a wildland firefighter during the winter I typically spend 2 to 4 nights a week sleeping outdoors preparing for and executing prescribed fires. I usually set up my camp well after dark and break it down before the sun comes up. The faster I can get done the better and getting a good nights sleep is super important to me, so speed and comfort are high priorities. This pad is super comfortable and set up is pretty quick I have woken up several times with frost on my sleeping bag but have never ...

Initial Review is positive but a few cons keep it from 5 stars
Update: I used this pad on a 10 day float in Alaska paired with a Big Agnes Echo Park bag. Camping was on rock bars so not the most forgiving ground. By far the best sleep I've ever gotten not at home. I know you read reviews and you think people are just "fan boying". No, 100% legit. I updated my review from 4 to 5 stars as the small issues don't outweigh the serious comfort. Background: I am a side sleeper who struggles to sleep on the mountain. I toss and turn a lot. Getting a good night's ...

Zzzzz
Finally got to try my Klymaloft sleeping pad. The combo of Foam and Air makes it the most comfortable pad I've experienced and the flip inflation valve is amazing. Would be willing to haul this for short hike-in-camps, but perfect for car camping.

sweet pad when you have the room to pack comfort
It is super comfy and stays solid when sleeping on it, even when at a lower pressure it doesn't sag inwards like a lof of double pads. definitely takes a fair bit of air to pump up, so would recommend using t for trips where you might have a pump. car camping, rafting ect.

Most comfortable sleeping mat I have ever used!
I work Ski Patrol over the winter and often need to spend the night up at the hill in my car when I have late nights to early mornings. I don't feel I have to sacrifice the quality of my sleep. This mat is nearly as comfortable as my memory foam mattress at home! I have not had the chance to test it out on any camping trips yet but I look forward to having wonderful sleep on trips as well. it does not pack super small so I will not be bringing it on many backpacking trips, but for car camping or...

Spacious and seriously comfortable
First off, the klymaloft foam topper is so different from any other sleeping pad I own and made sleeping almost like my own bed. I’ve tested this pad mainly indoors so far due to the pandemic but I would be very excited to sleep on it while car camping or even on a short backcountry trip despite its size. It has more than enough height, width and length for me and I don’t feel like I’m going to fall off when I sleep on my side. I like the carrying/storage bag that it comes in as it could easil...

So comfortable, but...
This is my new favorite sleeping pad for car camping! It is so thick- I measured it at nearly 5 inches tall when fully inflated. The mix of air and foam topper was perfect- I am a side sleeper and it was so so comfortable for me. The reversible inflate/deflate valve is genius, and the pad inflated super quickly (the XL in ~2 min). The XL is HUGE- I had plenty of room to stretch out and roll around. It does require a pump to inflate and is a bit heavy for a long backpacking trip, but for car camp...

Perfect car camping pad for two!
Love the new Klymit double sleeping pad - the foam topper makes it really comfortable. Pack size and carry bag are easy to use and pad easily is folded back into storage mode. Inflate/deflate valve was impressive, inflating took a bit longer than expected but it is a really thick pad. deflating was simple with the switch valve that quickly released all of the air. Perfect size for two adults to be comfortable and not be crowded while getting an amazing nights rest. As a bonus the kids really enj...

Not only is the Klymaloft
Not only is the Klymaloft overly comfortable while camping year round but it’s tough. We used it as a shooting pad today and with hot brass laying on it and stepping on it with who knows what below the snow it continues to look and preform like brand new. The thermo insulation is fantastic and is what sets this pad apart when camping year round. P.S. - ensure you have a working pump with you because blowing this up takes a while!
