Put the supplied batteries in the live wire tester and nothing; it didn’t work. Bought it to show grandsons this safety tool and give it to them. I was so disappointed. Plan to return this item.

This is a very good multimeter and it comes with extras it's a very good purchase.

Works good except

I would give 5 stars but in this kit the voltage tester doesn’t work, i even replaced with different batteries and still don’t work, the multimeter works great, the the outlet plug tester works, hopefully i can just replace the defective voltage tester and not the whole kit

Don't purchase

I purchased one last evening, had to return it because the noncontact volt tester didn't power up. I exchanged the faulty kit for a new one today, took it home to use and again, this noncontact volt tester didn't power up. Save your money and purchase a different brand.

Zero customer service from Klein!

I bought Klein because I thought they were an up and up company with quality products but the customer service is terrible. The voltage tester in the package is non-functional. That may not be too big a deal...but when you contact Klein and get zero response that is a big deal to me. The quickest way to loose customers is to ignore them!

Good Product, Bad Instructions

Product is easy to use but instructions were misleading or incorrect. I was able to use a YouTube video to get the correct settings I needed.

Solid product, look for combo pack.

Works well. Klein products are very reliable. Although I should have paid attention, combo pack with this and voltage meter is same price as voltage meter.

Lowe’s customer service 0/10 don’t recommend

The multimeter and gfi tester are great. The other tester didn’t work from the beginning. Lowe’s customer service is a complete and utter joke to deal with. Won’t exchange the tester without the other two components. There isn’t anything wrong with the other two. Same situation with craftsman tools through them as well. They even wanted the package. If i kept packages for all my tools, i would need another entire building.
