It came with everything that I needed to ensure that electrical currents were on or off so I could work on it safely. I was able to detect if the electricity was still running before changing out my light fixtures. And I love the outlet tool, its so simple to use and detected if the connections to the outlets were done correctly . I would absolutely recommend this product and will be making a lot of use from it.
