These knee pads work great. They fit under my jeans so they don't slip like the ones that go on top of your jeans. The padding is very comfortable and you don't really notice that you are wearing the knee pads. I am 6 feet tall and weigh 180 pounds and bought the M/L size. They fit just fine.

Would RecommendI had not seen this type of knee pads before. Had some doubts but I was tired of repeatedly pulling up and adjusting regular knee pads throughout the workday. Bought a pair and have been using them a couple of weeks and they are very comfortable, protect my knees, and don’t bunch up. Only need to Adjust them a couple of times a day. They need to be washed or rinsed out every couple of days. I’m unsure how long they will last but appear to be well made and good quality material.
