Would RecommendGreat knee pads only downside is if you wear them too long on skin they will give you blisters all around from the sticky part on the inside. Best option to wear something under them .

Would RecommendJust bought these, so far they seem comfortable, not falling down off my knee. There is no indention for your knee cap, not a deal breaker. I've used several brands of knee pads in the past with the velcro. I like these better, the style.
