Would Not RecommendI wish it was rated for up to 230v. In an entertainment 3 phase system, it's possible to accidentally have an outlet connected to two hot legs instead of a hot and neutral. This tester is only rated for up to 135v. I'm afraid if I come across this situation it will fry the tester. Because of that, it's not that much more useful to me than the old-stye, 3 bulb tester, and it's twice the size.

Would Not RecommendGives false readings when voltages are abnormal or when the neutral has back feed, very misleading, waste of money, I would return item but it's a hassle, just sits in my toolbox now

Would RecommendWhile a meter can do everything this can, I really enjoy that this is a quick and easy way to verify an outlet. The lcd and green for pass light make it a breeze to check a bunch of outlets and verify voltage at the same time.

Would RecommendThis is my overall favorite tool I work commercial electrical and every time I am changing a outlet I pull out this bad boy to make sure it’s wired correctly and reviving proper voltage at same time I just hope they make one for 277v that would be amazing.

Would RecommendI bought this tool after watching a video about it and I'm so glad that I did, Not only is it a great circuit tester but you can also see the voltage as well. And the voltage is very accurate too. With the GFCI tester, this makes a great all around circuit tester for any electrician no matter your skill level.
