[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Made an appointment for the dishwasher to be installed in a new kitchen. After unboxing the installer realized that Kitchenaid had not put a drain hose in the box! He returned to the warehouse to locate one. He was nice enough to come back a few hours later when I was home to finish the install.

I've only had this dishwasher for a couple weeks, so reliability and longevity cannot be addressed. I can say that the dishwasher is very quiet. I like the front control panel. All aspects of the dishwasher are attractive. There is a lot of room inside. Dishes are always clean and dried, except for plastic storage containers which usually need to be hand-dried no matter which dishwasher you are using.
