What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the dishwasher for its exceptional quietness and outstanding cleaning performance, with dishes and glasses coming out spotless and squeaky clean. The third rack for utensils and flat items, sleek modern design, and efficient drying are frequently highlighted as standout features. Most find the control panel simple and user-friendly. Some note the door opens stiffly and requires force, while a few mention the normal cycle runs lengthy at 2.5 hours. Despite these minor drawbacks, the vast majority consider the combination of silence and superior cleaning exceptional and highly recommend it.

Would RecommendFirst unit delivered was a dud. Second unit working, but don’t know for how long. I’ve used kitchen aid dishwashers for many years, but each new one doesn’t last as long. This unit replaced one that failed after only two years of use. I bought the extended warranty from Lowe’s this time and I’m sure that I’ll have to use it in the future.

This Kitchen-aid dishwasher is stylish and quiet!

Rusting after a year
Would Not RecommendWe really like this dishwasher but noticed it’s rusting on the door sides, vent and screw. It’s between some finish and the metal so we can’t get to it. Just bought it a little over a year ago. There’s nothing we can do but hope it doesn’t spread fast.
Smooth Operation!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a week of use, we are very happy with our dishwasher’s quiet operation and effective cleaning of our dishes. There is plenty of space for larger items and the third row is terrific for longer flat items, to include knives.

It works
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mu only gripe is that there are 3 wash setting & thre 1st one takes 5 hours, 2nd one takes 41/2 hours & the 3rd express one takes 11/2 hour so I want my dishes clran but at 4-5 hours - I assumed that kit hen aid would have shorter wash times for really cleaning but thats on me for not asking before I bought. Other than that, it is fine.

Dishwashef
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only used for a few weeks. I am pleased. My dishes sparkle. I like all the informative materials provided and the manufacturer repair policy I bought is better than the one the store offered. This has been a good experrience.

Worst Customer Service and Defective Machine
Would Not RecommendThe machine worked for 3 months. Then malfunctioned. I have had a repairman at my house NINE times and they have replaced 5 parts, one part twice and it still does not function properly. Whirlpool/KitchenAid refuses to replace the machine and keeps giving me the run around. This company is terrible and will not uphold their warranty. Do not waste your money and time on ANYTHING Whirlpool or KitchenAid.

Okay
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the dishwasher does what it is supposed to do, I am not a fan of the lower rack. Due to the lack of support from the posts the dishes fly all over the dishwasher unable to stand up. I’m really not liking that at all.

Solid dishwasher
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using this for about a month now. Works well and features are solid. My only issue is that the top cutlery rack is a real waste. Nothing I put in there ends up getting cleaned.

Great Dishwasher
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was bought out of necessity when my previous dishwasher died. My previous one was a Kitchen Aid and while I checked other brands for features, reliability and price, this one seemed the best option

Dish washer review
Would Not RecommendDish washer review 1) Leaked gallons all over the floor on first load - Plumber found the drain hose (part of machine, not part of installation) had 2" split in it - he was able to get a new hose and install it but now I'm afraid to run it again. 2) My knuckes brush up against the controls every time I try to open it, causing a loud beep. Poor placement design of controls and very annoying. 3) Bottom rack slides in and out roughly and loosly, causing dishes to jangle and hit against each othe...

Silverware Rack
Would RecommendI like the top tray that holds the silverware, leaving the bottom rack more room for other things.
