Soap Dispenser Broken. Bad Warranty Service

Rinse soap dispenser was broken when purchased. The contractor for warranty is Convenient Appliance and is anything but convenient. "Inconvenient" told me on the day of the scheduled repair they would call about 15 minutes ahead of the repair person showing up. Washer has been in service for several weeks now and working very well so far! Very quiet, which is really nice and cleans well.

Loudness and a 3rd row were very important to us. It is VERY quiet. The quality of this machine seems to be much higher than other brands that we looked at. The associate in the store was very helpful. Overall, a good experience.

Do your homework Before you buy.

As w/ any new product, we are getting use to the new layout inside. It is annoying to have to avoid the control panel across the top of this machine. It’s extremely sensitive…again, getting use to a new dishwasher. When running this dishwasher is very quiet. The dishes came out nice and clean. Elegant looking unit. Removable filter for easy clean. Third rack has decent depth. You do not hear the diswasher run. Cleans exceptionally well. Dries plastics with minimial issue. Crap. Very disappointed!

I have owned a KitchenAid dishwasher for about 10 years before it had to be replaced. I replaced it with a similar item again a KitchenAid dishwasher however it appears that the quality of the Kitchaid products has gone down. this dishwasher does not dry dishes. It says pro dry. there’s nothing pro about it. All the dishes are wet. Pro dry max? Why do we need this? If the Pro Dy worked, there would be no need for a Max feature.
