Pretty disappointed in pasta roller

Received for Christmas as a gift. The roller doesn’t seem to adjust thickness enough. Had one 6-7 years ago that went with the ex in a divorce. Used to be able to see through the sheets of pasta on settings 6-8. This one, on setting 8, the sheets are thicker than store bought fresh lasagna sheets. Pretty bummed

I received this as a gift but did not receive an owners manual.

Pasta roller not so good

Have used this about 3 times the cutters work great but my pasta roller the shear shaft tube where you put the coupler in stripped out and no longer any good very disappointing

Quality product

Very durable and well made

So I bought for my wife she loves it but some how I order 2 of them and for the past week and half I have been trying to do a return and been on phone for hours and still can't figure out how to return one of them.

Broke on Second Use

I have used the Pasta Roller twice since purchase. Today, I noticed my pasta was rolling out kind of weird. I discovered that the inner plastic piece is cracked in multiple places. It was a lot of money to pay for something that I could only use twice!

Excellent quality

After 25 years of use my old KA pasta roller attachment finally reached its end of life. Gummed up with too-wet pasta dough. These are virtually impossible to fully clean once wet dough accumulates in the inner workings. So I bought a new one along with the spaghetti fettuccine cutters. As before the attachment is excellent quality and a must-have for home pasta makers. I don’t use the spaghetti cutters much but the fettuccine cutters gets a lot of use. Still going strong

KitchenAid reached out to me and asked if I still own these and would I review them! Absolutely, I knew nothing about pasta when I bought these rollers / cutters 7 years ago. My wife thought I was wasting money. Spaghetti, Fettuccine, Bow-Tie, Ravioli, whatever you want. Now the wife wont eat store bought. Not just these but the extruder too. KitchenAid makes making pasta at home very possible. And these Roller & Cutter Set will be around for a very long time.

Love the mini

Horrible Do Not Buy

Purchased in September 2024 used a few times had something fuzzy coming out opened up and took apart has mold and rusted!

Learning to make pasta

Cheap plastic components bound to break

I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the pasta roller attachment. I only used the attachment once prior to the roller function completely breaking. The grey plastic component snapped after my second use, rending the entire attachment useless as the dough would get caught inside the roller. I am distraught. I had such a wonderful and exciting experience the first time and this second time has completely deflated me. Why use hard plastic components versus rubber or silcone material instea...

Broke on first use

easy to use
