Great features, look and performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the microwave/range hood. It came with a nice steamer basket and it cooks beautifully. I was shocked with how well it cooks food on convection mode. This really great and the light and fan options are plentiful. Nice that you can turn off the carousel mode and the functions are so intuitive. I really like this unit and the stainless steel interior is really attractive.

Great microwave with cool features like "soften" or "melt" butter! And turntable on/off. Very helpful if plate just fits inside and rotation would hit sides. Also the oven part works really well--cookies are easier to make in a small batch in micro vs. turning on the big oven--Energy Saver!

Overwhelming!

You could literally live with just this appliance and do very well. At least I think so. I have no idea how to use it and despite my search have found no manual or manufacturer's guide book, recipe book or the like. Worst ever Microwave

This microwave should be taken off the market. It does not vent outside and the air coming from the vent was 130 degrees. Heats up the kitchen and will ruin your cabinets.

Can't hear over the noise!

Every time, no matter what setting or cook method you use, the exhaust fan will run - and it's LOUD! We have a great-room open floor plan and I can no longer listen to the news when I'm cooking dinner. We have to crank the volume on the TV anytime we use the microwave. I had read the reviews about it being loud but did not realize it was every time the machine was turned on ...

trouble setting power and time

I could not figure out how to change power level as it was not in manual. It took a service call to show me that it was not broken and even this person could not figure it out for awhile, nor could technical service when I called in for help. Why would you not give the basics with photos of keyboard in a manual? I went online as suggested ...

Problem from the get go

Auto Convection Baking is Fast, Fun, Easy... and Cakes are P

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this oven. I would give it 6 stars if I could. The auto convection bake feature is amazing. Take a Duncan Hines Angel Food cake mix, add 1 cup of coconut, let the oven do its auto bake magic, and a beautiful, toasted coconut crusted, moist cake comes out in 25 minutes. It is magic. Brownies, muffins, biscuits.... YUM.

Complicated foggy but gets the job done

Looks GREAT

Fan is useless

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to go where a range hood was previously installed. The microwave part is fine but the fan draw is awful. The fan draw is pathetic when above a stove, steam, smoke from cooking is just not sucked up even though the fan is blowing outside. Terrible design the draw is horrible causing moisture to develop all around the microwave when boiling water and smoke from grease to travel all the way up the cabinets.

Wanted this as convection oven, not microwave

Convection cooking takes much longer than I anticipated, and once you cook something, the fan stays on a long time (and it's not very quiet.) It's hard to figure out some of the controls, like I still haven't figured out cooking time so that it stops automatically. It was one of few choices among over-the-stove convection/microwave combinations, so it may be the best available. But I would hope manufactur...
