[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a beautiful appliance and it cooks wonderfully. It added another oven to my kitchen. I really love the sensing feature and the abiltiy to convection cook smaller items. My prior appliance was low on technology while this one is quite high. I definitly have to use the manual and cheat sheet to work it. Difficult at first but it didn't take long to adjust.

the unit has good looks and the door shuts nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] two complaints, the key pad is too dark and hard to see and read ( maybe I.m getting older and I need more light to see) The unit is taller than the unit we took out and it sets closer to the range. It heats up my coffee real fast. It would be nice to have a lighted key pad.

Good product

kitchen aid microwave

I bought a microwave, stove top, refrigerator and dishwasher, in 2007, my appliances are only 6 years old, my kitchen looks beautiful, but that is it. The microwave stopped working completely on its 6 year, the refrigerator, has made no ice since 3 years ago, the ice maker just stopped working. The stove top sounds like a helicopter propeller when we turn the oven on. The oven only worked for the first 2 years. Beautiful looking, but trash. We spend close to $10,000.00 in beautiful appliances. B...

I have been pleased, do not understand why the middle attach

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Why can you not used the attached rack when you use either the convection or regular oven??? the round rack is to small to do anything on a double layer. Why can you not use the rack..it would be more practical. I like all the other features.

A love-hate relationship

Through previous purchases, I came to trust the KitchenAid brand. It was installed in Feb. '13 so, has 5 months use as of this July '13. My cabinets are 12" deep. To my dismay, it sticks out like a sore thumb from the front of the cabinets by 4-1/4 inches and 3-1/2 inches from the bottom of cabinets, making it less than the required 13" clearance from ...

First Built In Microwave Oven owned

Hop notch convection microwave!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although one may not use the convection, it works perfectly for small (four serving) casseroles. I have owned over the stove microwaves for almost 40 years and the kitchenaid brand has always been the top of the class! It has all the bells and whistles and is extremely quiet!
