Wishing it worked as good as it looks

My biggest issue is the lack of correlation between the temp listed on the screen does not correspond to the actual in oven temps. I thought so early. So I bought a Kitchen Aid in oven physical thermometer. That showed an up to 50 degree delta. I adjusted the temp of oven that was available (raised to max of 30 degrees). Ease of use

Junk

This oven as supplied by our builder as part of an upgraded “gourmet kitchen” package. It will not hold a consistent temperature. We have had service out twice and both times the main board and probe were replaced. They are no longer accepting repair tickets from KitchenAid as they say there is nothing they can do and it’s a consistent problem with this oven. My wife and arevery avid bakers and cooks. It’s embarrassing to serve guests undercooked desserts.

Great oven

Missing parts

Unfortunately, the oven is missing apart and the people at Lowe's are being very unhelpful with completing the oven. We hope to speak to the general manager but that has been difficult to arrange.

Modern features

A work of art

Not only do the features make it so much more functional but it’s also beautiful with a gorgeous cobalt blue interior and very bright lighting. We can’t trust the temperature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stove won’t hold a consistent temperature. We have to put an oven thermometer in the oven to adjust the while baking. Despite it being brand new, I have already replaced the temperature probe and the thermostat. Still the same problem. It’s a lot of money for daily reminders from my wife that the oven isn’t living up to expectations.
