A good change!

Love the oven!

Great Stove

Worst appliance purchase

This is the worst appliance purchase I have ever made. 1. Every time you set something on the stove, a loud beeping noise goes off repeatedly. For example, I just sat my muffin tin on the stove, waiting for it to preheat and it just.started making loud beeps. 2. The top left shelf is retractable so sometimes when you set something on it, it slides back and things fall off resulting in a mess. 3. Too Soon

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Probably Too Early to Review. My kitchen renovation was just recently completed and painters are coming next week. I've used my range just two or three times, with mixed results. Prefer regular to convection since I'm more familiar with the former and haven't figured out the induction piece yet.

Cumbersome user interface for stove top controls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The user interface, timer, and chimes/alerts are a bit disappointing. Unless KitchenAid overhauls their stove top controls and simplifies the user interface, I will not consider buying one again when this one goes out. Also, I don't like how the oven turns off automatically when the cook timer completes.

Not repairable after 4 years!

Unrepairable because KitchenAid stopped making the part that broke! After 4 years of use a component in the control panel failed and started beeping all the time. KitchenAid no longer bothered to manufacture the component, so the whole range needs to be replaced! Unacceptable customer service. Unacceptable standard of production.

Wish the controls worked better

I bought this range because it was an induction range. I’m not really crazy about it. The turn on function is frustrating and is hard to control. The section where you control the heat for the range is constantly beeping at me. Should I brush across it even with a kitchen towel. You cannot put anything on top of the stove that isn’t an induction pan. ...

Somewhat Disappointed

We purchased this oven a couple of months ago and while we were initially very excited to make the switch from electric element to induction, we have found a few aspects to be less than ideal. Need a better oven timee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s great except for the timer only rings once. This is crazy that the timer doesn’t beep more than one time. I like to bake and am not always in the room so one little beep doesn’t seem right. I don’t see a way to override that. Please fix this!! Otherwise it’s a great over and cooktop.

learning the new features
