[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased from Kitchen Aid in early January 2026. Microwave stopped working in early February 2026. It was good until now! Hopefully a quick fix and covered by warranty (or the extended warranty I also purchased).

Taking a little while to learn

Really good oven microwave combo

I wish we could get the free cooking utensil the emails keep telling me we can get but it’s been out of stock since we bought the oven. I don’t think we’ll ever get it

New oven, new technology, new learning curve

The meat thermometer directions are non existent and when it is used, the temperature readings are not accurate. Good and bad

Not with the popcorn feature or just trying to pop it on high. My old countertop microwave would pop in under 2 mins. For the price I paid it SHOULD do something as simple as popping popcorn. It's ok, but not a 5 star

Excellent Performance so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new microwave wall oven has new features our 20 year old KitchenAid did not have, like convection microwave and air fryer oven. The oven broiler appears to be more efficient as well, it takes no time to sear or melt something. The microwave melt.or soften works great on butter! The one downer is there is no operating manual for the microwave, KitchenAid is supposedly still writing it!

Great Combo!

Has some great features but lacks manuals

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've owned this about two months now. The microwave is WOEFULLY under-powered. The specs say it's 900W. It replaced a 1000W, but needs 20-30% more cooking time to produce the same results. The only control guide I can find on the website is for the oven. That manual says "(see separate Control Guide)" which is nowhere to be found. The oven even came with accessories that aren't described to what they're even for. I even called the retailer ...

OK oven but I wouldn’t buy again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointed in the design aspect of my oven. The temp gauge does not show the actual temp of the oven, only the set temp. This is our 3rd replacement and the door still does not fit properly. Also, the control panel should lock when wiping down the face, otherwise it activates numerous buttons. Lastly, the microwave turntable makes a squeaking noise when turned on. It took 2 replacements to correct the problem.

I love this unit!

I chose it because it would fit into the space vacated by my old unit which was no longer working. I didn’t realize how many features the new unit had so I have been pleasantly surprised as I have discovered all its features. I also think it is beautiful inside and out.

Still learning

Very disappointed because no instructions on how to use my new oven/microwave combo were included. And I watched a video and the guy was talking about a crisp pan. I didn't get one with my oven.

Love this oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter and I absolutely love this oven! It’s super easy to use, and the temperature is always spot on — our food comes out perfect every time. The air fryer is amazing too! The only thing we’re not crazy about is the microwave door — it’s a bit tricky to open.

New and Improved
