Terrible Delivery Service

I purchased the kitchen aid 7 speed cordless mixer back on November 29th as Christmas gift with full confidence my package would be delivered on promised delivery date which was expected on Dec 13th. I know Kitchen Aid is not responsible for delivery once package is shipped but maybe they should strongly consider a different delivery service other than FedEx. I still have not received my package and it is now Dec 24th my package as been less than hour away from me for past two weeks with no upda...

Best Purchase Ever!

I bought this right when it came out and LOVE IT. I bake a lot, 100-300 cookies a month. It’s my hobby and relax time. This mixer is perfect. I have the full size mixer, but I just whip this out of the closet and mix up a batch of sweetness in minutes. Clean up is nothing!

Don’t buy! They don’t actually have any product

Kitchenaid keeps selling this and pretending they have it in stock. They do not. After you order this it will be indefinitely delayed. So if you need a mixer for the Holliday season don’t order from kitchenaid. Their customer services is non existent, they will not answer emails or the phone.

Not worth the money

I bought this mixer last month hoping to use it for things like whipping cream cheese for cheesecake or make whipping cream. Don’t always want to pull out my countertop mixer. Very disappointed with the results. Cream cheese remained lumping even after several minutes and trying several speeds. Was only able to get the whipping cream to a barely firm state. My countertop KitchenAid has always been able to handle both. It is also challenging to get the second beater in. Thought I would try to ret...

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I already had a Kitchen Aid hand mixer, but I was always having to clean the beater so I could use them again. The cordless Mixer is great and allows me to move around the kitchen. Easy to charge and use. Lightweight and easy to handle. I will be using the cordless hand mixer more than my hand mixer with a cord.

Powerful and Portable

Flawed Mixer

I go the mixer a few months ago since I'm living and working in Europe, battery power is a useful feature. The mixer worked fine making brownies and pancakes. I recently tried making cookies with it. It framed the butter and sugar just fine, and seemed fine with adding in the dry ingredients, but after cleaning up and putting the beaters back and truing it on.... The beaters now hit each other. One of the beater's sockets seems to have come just a little loose and while the mixer still work...

I work on my kitchen island and the contractor didn’t put an outlet when we remodeled. The cordless appliances are the perfect solution and they have plenty of power!

WoW! Cordless is the way to go!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am VERY impressed with the power of this mixer. I made a triple size batch of chocolate chip cookies. This mixer had NO problems handling the big batch at all! I also own a 9 speed corded Kitchenaid mixer. I noticed NO difference in the way way the cordless handled the recipe. I am glad to have purchased this mixer and looking forward to using it a lot!

Beautiful design, gorgeous color, sits upright when not in use, and the charge lasts and lasts. It is also the quietest mixer I’ve ever used. There is also no spray when it first starts and the beaters are so easy to clean. I would recommend this mixer to anyone wanting to purchase a quality, beautiful hand mixer.

Pretty Cordless Mixer

I had a corded Cuisinart mixer that was very loud and had only 2 speeds. This mixer is quiet and with no cord is easy to maneuver around the mixing bowl. I also love the red color. I am happy with this purchase.
