Mixer stopped working. Despite battery charge, mixer doesn’t work

Freedom at last!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the freedom this mixer gives me! Being able to move easily from one part of the kitchen to the other, or able to answer the door without missing a 'beat' is liberating.

Didn't work for me

It finally worked!

They sent me a new one and I returned the broken one. The new one died after using it 3 times. I called customer service and, Murphy’s Law, it worked! I actually love it. Having an old house with few electrical outlets it is so handy, and works really well!

Love it!

Easy to take to the stove to mash potatoes in the pot. Cordless is the way to go for me, no going back! Need to sell my old KA hand mixer now. Also got the new flex edge beaters which worked perfectly in this.

Easy to use but not much power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted an alternative from my KitchrnSif stand mixer for mixing small amounts of ingredients, and this mixer does fit the bill. I didn't expect it to be as powerful as the stand mixer, but I'm still a little disappointed that it doesn't have much "juice." Works fine for cake batter, eggs, pancake mix. But I wouldn't try to whip egg whites with it. The hand mixer is easy to hold, however, and I like that its design allows it to stand on end w...

Cordless mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just love this cordless hand mixer. If you need to walk way for a minute you can bring the bowl and mixer with you. D You don’t have to stop blending. I charge mine backup after I use it and it’s always ready to go.

Whisk detached from post

The whisk on my mixer broke during the mixing of cream cheese buttercream. I note this to say that it was not improperly used and The attachments were inserted correctly. I have only use this unit a handful of times as I normally use my stand mixer for about 99% of my projects. This is clearly a manufacturers defect.
