KitchenAid Dishwasher

I have had a few KitchenAid products and just replaced my 18 year old KitchenAid dishwasher with this new one. I find KitchenAid products very reliable! I also love the PrintShield finish! Same great look without the fingerprints! :)

JUST OVER A YEAR AND BROKE

WE SPLURGED, BOUGHT 6 APPLIANCES AT A TIME IN FEBRUARY OF LAST YEAR(2025) AND HERE WE ARE IN APRIL AND ITS GONE OUT. NEEDS A NEW OCSILATING PUMP, THE DIAG TECH SAID LIKELY DUE TO SOFT WATER, I SHOWED HIM MY 12,000$ WATER SYSTEM(BECAUSE IM CRAZY ABOUT THAT KIND OF STUFFF) AND HE CHANGED HIS FAILURE ASSESSMENT. QUESTION IS, LOWES, OR KITCHEN AID, OR WHATEVER INSTALLATION COMPANY GOING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS?

It has three racks, great for small items

The third rack is a lifesaver if you have a lot of kids. We love this dishwasher!

Review of KitchenAid 360 Max Jets

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the most powerful dishwasher I have ever owned. The quality is unmatched. It is also the quietest machine; we forget that it was turned on. And as if that is not enough, the capacity seems bigger and it’s designed to utilize all possible space to maximize dish cleaning.

Lowe’s was not truthful on time schedule or specs

Worked for only six weeks; warranty worthless

Installed on February 19th, 2026. It worked for six weeks. Then the latch got stuck open. So the noise level is five stars because it hasn't made a sound for weeks. We have been waiting for four weeks for the replacement parts. On April 16th, we were told, in writing, if the parts hadn't come in by April 23, we could contact Whirlpool the next day for an "alternate solution." We did so the morning of April 24 only to be told that now we have to wait three more "business" days for the "warra...

This is a great dishwasher so far. We have only had it a couple of days. It is really quiet compared to our old one. This is actually the quietest dishwasher we have ever had. It seems to clean well so far. I really like the third rack and the adjustable middle rack.
