Like my Kithen Aid stand mixer and coffee grinder, this feels like a quality appliance. Hoping to get a decade or two of service out of it, unlike my GE that lasted 3 years, and Frigidaire that lasted 7. Even if it doesn’t outlast its predecessors, it’s worth every penny. Quit working after three months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the washer three months ago worked fine really liked it but now it has broke down the automatic door opener quit working and parts apparently are not available for it on backorder. Been two weeks since service tech was here.

This dishwasher is like magic!

This dishwasher performs incredibly! The three racks are so spacious and multi-functional--I have no idea how so much stuff can fit into the dishwasher and come out perfectly clean and sanitized. I have always pre-washed dishes, but after doing a couple test-runs, I have completely stopped pre-washing the dishes, not even rinsing most! I use a fraction of the water I used to (I'm in CA -- always need to be drought aware!), and the amount of time I spend washing dishes has been cut down incredibl...

Third rack a big plus

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher has definitely got my approval. The third rack holds cups, bowls unlike my last one. It holds a lot more dishes than my last one.

Broke in less than 2 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Didn’t even have for 2 months and it broke and impossible to get ahold of kitchenaid support so I had to call a company that I have a service agreement with for all my appliances and pay them to come out. The auto door open will not retract and the tech thinks it is the door latch. Parts have been ordered.

KitchenAid dishwasher

It's a good dishwasher so far, very quiet. It does take 3 plus hours though. And the top 3rd rack is ok but it doesn't hold tall cups just small kids size cups so don't buy just for option. Over all it is a good dishwasher. I wouldn't pay full price for it. I got it on sale for a little over 800$ and if not for that I wouldn't have purchased it. Also my local store employee was rude and not knowledgeable so I went home and ordered it online.
