Great features!

Quit working after 3 washes for an expensive dishw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Read the reviews and decided to purchase this one based on reviews and features. Ran three loads and two error codes showed up and only way to fix was to replace the dishwashers because rings were bad. Back to not having a working dishwasher and took 10 days to get replaced. Very disappointing won't be buying Kitchenaid brand again,

Spacious racks and washes well, but noisy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher looks great, the racks are spacious, and it appears to clean effectively. However, it is noticeably loud during operation. The model I replaced was a KitchenAid KDTF924PPS rated at 39 dBA. It was so quiet you could not tell it was running. By comparison, the new unit, rated at 44 dBA, has a clearly higher and more noticeable noise level.

wonderful dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous dishwasher was a KitchenAid and I loved it, but this new machine surpasses my expectations. It is absolutely silent and cleans better than my previous one which was quite good. Especially like the third shelf.

Replaced 14 year old Kitchen Aid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Last dishwasher over 14 years ago and was rated at 42 dB. This new one is rated at 44 dB, but is quieter than the last one. Dishes cleaned better than the last machine, (which always cleaned well) and more room in the new one thanks to the third rack. Debated between this and the Bosch, but didn't like the loading setup on the Bosch, and no way to tell if it had run or not... KitchenAid has a "clean" light, which solves that problem.

Great Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our 2nd kitchen aid dishwasher. When we bought our new house it needed a new dishwasher. We knew exactly what we wanted. It has the adjustable pullout racks with extra water spray. We really like the individual slot silverware holder. It is also very quiet. Good value product.

Best dishwasher we've ever owned

Truly best dishwasher ever - dishes are sparkling clean *and* dry with pro-dry option. Clever feature is you can choose to have the door pop open at the end of the cycle, to allow extra drying overnight. Capacity seems magical - 3 levels of baskets and almost always ample room on bottom without moving the second basket up. It is pricier than some but in this case you do get what you pay for (IMO).

New Replacement

Cleans & Dries so well. Very quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brought this dishwasher to replace a KitchenAid that was from 1985. After all these years it failed. The technology is so different on the models today. This appliance works so well. Dishes, cups, and flatware come out so clean and dry on the normal cycle. Would recommend this model. Dishwasher door drops down very low making closing cumbersome. Be careful not to touch the buttons while closing. If you do press cancel.

Nice looking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is very nice looking and the capacity is great. I have only had it for a few weeks, but seems to clean great. My only issue is the standard ProWash cycle takes more than 3 hours!

Returns/replacements not handled well

The dishwasher leaked, glad installer found it. Not Lowe's fault. However, how return handled represents a problem with Lowe's system. It took over a week to find out they could not find a replacement dishwasher. 17days later, still have not been refunded for the dishwasher. 2nd bad experience for us. Ordered a cabinet last year. Door not properly installed. Took almost 2 weeks to get a new cabinet delivered.

Great replacement for 25 year old Kenmore

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace a 25 year old Kenmore which died. Got a Kitchen Aid because of recommendations in reviews and my parents had a Kitchen Aid which lasted about 25 years.

Clean & Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this KitchenAid two weeks ago and have run it only three times. So far all is great although we will need to get used to the silverware basket with a lid requiring us to insert forks and spoons handle-down into the slots. Knives go in blade down. We might look into how/if the lids can be easily removed without damaging the basket rim.

So quiet!
