Good but the build quality has deteriorated

The machine works well and I'm keeping it but I have regrets. The build quality is noticeably different than the KitchenAid dishwasher we bought in 2018. The door on this model is light and has significant flex. There's a lot more plastic underneath as well. The rails on the new machine are not as smooth as the 7 year old machine I'm replacing which I'm attributing mostly to rack flex. Amazing Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am extremely happy with our new Kitchen Aid dishwasher. The engineers really did a remarkable job designing the racks. I especially like the top rack and the safety it allows for washing sharp knives. Best of all is the performance of the dishwasher. It washes much faster and the dishes come out sparkling clean and dry.

Love the top shelf. Having three levels makes is easier to load.

Great dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been very happy with my dishwasher. I really like the third rack as it allows me to wash many items I could lay down. I do wish it didn't turn on sometimes when I close the door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this dishwasher for only 1.5 weeks, but the first load came out beautifully. In fact, our very old silverware looks like it’s brand new! It holds more than our previous dishwasher and I like the third rack. I can put tea mugs up there (at quite a steep angle) and they come out sparkling. Kitchenaid top control dishwasher, good product

So far, excellent. Extremely quiet. Dishes come out sparkling clean. It was a tight fit in the space from our old dishwasher but install was relatively easy.

Mostly works.

The bottom two racks clean nicely. The left side of the 3rd rack cleans short items such as mugs, but glasses more than 5 inches long don't always get clean. The right side of the 3rd rack gets things wet, but a spoon with cookie dough on it that would come clean in 5 to 10 seconds running under hot water in the sink still has cookie dough after 2 hours in the dishwasher. Somewhat disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Bought this in July but didn't get it until September so am still getting use to it. The top rack doesn't allow enough height for coffee cups. The wash times are extremely long. It is nice and quiet though.

Required parts are not included

$1200 dishwasher and did not include a simple power cord or a small 90° plumbing connection to attach the water. The product cannot be used as delivered.
