Kitchenaid Fail

Bought new. Broke after 2 washes. Neither Kitchenaid nor retailer — Slyman Bros. in St. Louis — doing anything to help. Repair parts taking 2 weeks. I wonder if it would even be in the process of getting repaired if we had not purchased the extended service plan. Wholly unacceptable—both the product and the response from Kitchenaid and Slyman Bros. Shop elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

I purchased a Kitchen Aid dishwasher last April. I was the dishwasher from Hades.... after fighting with KA, they finally sent me a replacement on 4.7.2026. Installed it and it is throwing error codes. plumber checked out the plumbing. it's still throwing error codes. E1 F9

One of the best affordable dishwashers

Quiet and great at cleaning dishes. Especially appreciate the 3 levels. Pro wash takes longer to complete than the previous model.

DW is definitely worth the money and delivery guys were even 10 mins early and easily hauled off my old unit

This dishwasher is so quiet and efficient. Everything comes out dry. I don’t have to wipe everything down like I did with the Meile!

Great features and design.

The designers used the interior space very effectively, using every inch and allowing for more dishes and cutlery to be loaded . The rack tines can also be adjusted for different sizes of bowls and cookware. Lastly, it washes and dries beautifully, and quickly. Love it.

Disappointing Documentation

Its a dishwasher...just need basic instructions and owners manual. COMES WITH NEITHER!

Cleans Very well

The first thing I noticed is the unit had 1" of fiber insulation draped over the unit like half a sock on a foot. As expected the unit was hard to get the insulation and machine in the space allotted for the dishwasher. The dishwasher also came with some aluminum tape with no instructions on where to use it. BUY THIS!!! DON'T BOTHER EVEN LOOKING AT OTHERS UNLESS YOU WANT TO GO UP A MODEL (KDTS724SPS) FOR THE INSIDE LIGHT. If you want the best cleaning dishwasher out there,... YOU FOUND IT!!! THIS IS IT!!! OMW!!! This cleans soooooo well, and on the NORMAL CYCLE which is only 1-1/2 hours! No need to wash dishes b4 filing. Hubby is thrilled too, no more cleaning filters. Poor Build Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very disappointed in the purchase of my Kitchenaid dishwasher. The build quality is significantly less than expected. Installation is complex due to poorly engineered water line and water discharge connection locations. Tines are vertical and allow dishes to flop back and forth causing damage. In all, I expected more from a top model.

This dishwasher is incredible so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Bosch died after 6 years. I think Bosch has really gone down hill. It never washed that great and seemed kinds cheap. This model feels premium and gets everything clean and bone dry. Fingers crossed it lasts!
